Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce

    GARDEN GROVE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

Are you looking to expand your facility in the near future? Do you know someone who might want to open a new business in Garden Grove, but can’t find the space? The Economic Development Department has partnered with LoopNet in order to provide a Commercial Property Search feature on its web page, allowing online users the ability to access listings of all commercial property available for sale or lease in Garden Grove.

LoopNet is a leading commercial real estate information services provider and operates the largest and most heavily trafficked commercial real estate listing service online with more than 2.5 million registered members and 910,000 unique visitors monthly. To access this feature, visit our website at http://www.ggbusiness.org and click on the “Commercial Property Search” link, located at the bottom of the search panel on the left hand side of your computer screen. You will then be prompted to answer a few questions to narrow your search (sale or lease, property type, square footage, price range, etc.). Once you hit submit, all locations matching your request will soon appear!

We are also excited to host and co-sponsor the second in a series of training workshops designed to better your business and help you succeed. If you want to learn “Effective Marketing Strategies to Grow Your Business”, this course is for you! This class will be taught by an OCSBDC consultant and is packed with ideas, tools and techniques that will show you how to maximize your business visibility. You will learn how to attract new customers, keep existing ones, generate leads, cultivate referrals, develop your image and grow and expand your network and database to increase your bottom line! This seminar will take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM in the “B” room at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center. To register for this class, contact the Orange County Small Business Development Center at (714) 564-5200 or register on the Internet at http://www.ocsbdc.com.

For further information on these or other topics of interest, please feel free to contact us at the Economic Development Department.
